2012 MCCE ANNUAL MEETING
February 22-24 | The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites | 2365 43rd Street NW, Owatonna
The 2012 MCCE Annual Meeting will be held February 22-24 at The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites. Our host, the Owatonna Area Chamber, has helped to develop a great event and an excellent agenda!
The agenda this year includes two top-notch speakers. Cathi Hight of Hight Performance Group is back to provide us some great tips on membership sales and retention and Sarah Sladek, author of The End of Membership as We Know It, will present the elements of change for today's membership organizations and outline real, useful advice and concepts to help you build a sustainable, prosperous, next generation chamber that will corner the marketplace and keep members coming back for more!

MCCE is bringing in nationally known membership retention specialist, Cathi Hight to lead a full day retention workshop as part of the MCCE Annual Meeting in February. The full day on February 23 is the second of a three part series. MCCE members may choose to participate in the program as part of the Annual Meeting or just the retention workshop itself.
This program is based on Cathi Hight's popular Member Retention Kit. You will explore and implement a step-by-step process to identify your specific retention trends, and develop a plan to increase membership retention by as much as 30 percent!
