    Advanced Leadership and Professional Development Program for Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Professionals

    This program is designed for emerging leaders in the chamber of commerce profession in Minnesota committed to advancing their professional and leadership capabilities.  The goal of this program is to continue to develop and mentor talented chamber leaders across Minnesota.
     

    Professionals accepted into the Advanced Leadership Program must commit to participate in all sessions.  The program is comprised of 6 one-day sessions, held across the state. Four of the six sessions will be co-hosted by a local chamber of commerce with core strengths in the topic area of the day.  The curriculum covers both personal professional leadership skill development as well as core programming and chamber best practices.
     

    In 2012, MCCE developed and launched the Executive Leadership Program.  Offered every two years, the program is comprised of 6 full days of learning about the best practices of Minnesota’s leading local chambers of commerce. Four of the six sessions will be co-hosted by a local chamber of commerce with core strengths in the topic area of the day. The program is designed for chief paid staff leaders, or senior level staff leaders with the desire to be the CEO of a local chamber. The goal of this program is to continue to develop and mentor talented chamber leaders across Minnesota.     Acceptance into the program will be based on professional skills, commitment to the chamber of commerce industry, and desire to succeed in this profession. The program is for the chief paid staff executive or senior staff members with the desire to advance their career. Professionals accepted into the Executive Leadership Program must commit to participate in all sessions. Cost for the program is $595.
